Returns Policy

At Radiant Form, we want you to feel amazing in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be free from makeup marks, stains, perfume or damage

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at admin@radiantform.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear images of the item

We’ll review this as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, socks and certain accessories may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
